In order to preserve its reputation for providing customers with high value products and strong after-sales support, and to further enhance the Shape My Grip brand image and its competitiveness in the marketplace, Shape My Grip is unilaterally instituting a policy of minimum advertised price standards for Shape My Grip products. This Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (“MAP Policy”) is effective as of October 2, 2016 and applies to distributors and retailers, including catalog and internet retailers (collectively, “Resellers”), who resell Shape My Grip products to end users located in the United States.
